Cramming a six-hand chronograph, Bluetooth smartphone link, and solar charging into a watch usually means a thick case — all that hardware has to fit somewhere. Casio's Edifice Super Slim High-Spec line set out to prove otherwise, and the engineering behind the EQB-1000YD-1AJF backs it up: at 8.9mm thick, it's barely thicker than a stack of coins despite carrying every one of those features.
A 45.6mm stainless steel case houses sapphire crystal, 100m water resistance, and Casio's Edifice Connected App for adjusting settings from a phone, while Tough Solar charging removes the battery-anxiety that usually comes with feature-dense watches. A Last Lap Differential Indicator rounds out the racing-inspired dial layout — a genuinely high-spec watch that doesn't announce itself with extra bulk on the wrist.
